Standard Features
- Double pane Low-E glass windows with Vinyl Window Frames
Low Emissivity glass has a special coating that reflects most of the heat away from the glass. So in summer months the heat stays outside and the opposite is true in the winter time. Vinyl frames provide superior insulation and are low maintenance.
- Radiant barrier roof decking
Radiant barrier roof decking minimizes the heat radiating into the attic. Attic temperatures are lowered as much as 30 degrees and energy consumption for cooling the home can be reduced by almost 20%.
- 14 SEER air conditioning units
Most resale homes have HVAC units with a rating of 10 SEER or below which are far less energy efficient. Environmentally friendly R-410A chlorine free refrigerant is used in the AC systems. Duct work is designed and sealed.
- Programmable thermostats
Programmable thermostats allow you to control the environment of your home according to your lifestyle. Properly using programmable thermostats is one of the easiest ways you can save energy.
- Designed and sealed ducts
Properly sealed air ducts can make your HVAC system as much as 20% more efficient.
- Blown-in insulation (Ceilings)
Blown-in ceiling insulation provides a seamless blanket of insulation in your attic.
- Low flow faucets, shower heads and toilets
Manufacturers have developed fixtures that use less than half the water as conventional fixtures while still maintaining the form and function.
- Low VOC paints, glues, and materials
Whenever possible we select products which are VOC Free or have the lowest possible amount of VOCs.
- CFL bulbs in kitchens and all baths
Compact Fluorescent bulbs use approximately 75% less energy than an incandescent bulb and lasts as much as 10 times longer. Each installed bulb will save about $30 in energy costs over its lifetime.

Media Filters will improve your indoor air quality by removing particles and allergens. Variable speed Air Handler will reduce temperature swings, improve indoor humidity, and improve indoor air quality while saving energy. UV Filter can be installed in the duct work to kill various air pollutants such as viruses, mold, bacteria, yeast, and fungus.
